About Honda Center
Honda Center is a multi-purpose arena in Anaheim, opened in 1993 as the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim and renamed in 2006. Located adjacent to Angel Stadium and the Anaheim Convention Center, it serves as the home of the Anaheim Ducks of the NHL and seats approximately 17,174 for most events.
The arena is well-connected by the ARTIC transit hub next door, which links to the Metrolink Orange County and 91 Lines, providing rail connections across Orange County and into Downtown LA's Union Station. For LA28, Honda Center will host all Olympic Volleyball — both men's and women's tournaments in their entirety, from the opening group matches through Gold Medal games. With 52 total sessions over 16 days, it will be one of the most active venues of the entire Games.
Anaheim's proximity to Disneyland (less than 2 miles away) makes it a popular area for families visiting the Olympics, and the local hotel infrastructure — developed to support Disneyland Resort traffic — is among the densest in Southern California.
Getting here: The ARTIC transit center is directly adjacent to Honda Center. Metrolink Orange County and 91 Lines connect to Union Station in DTLA in roughly 45 minutes. The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) shuttle also connects the arena to Disneyland area hotels. Parking is available in the shared Angel Stadium/Honda Center lots on Katella Ave.

Transit & Parking
Metrolink from DTLA
The ARTIC transit hub (Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center) is literally next door to Honda Center. Metrolink Orange County and 91 Lines connect ARTIC to Union Station in Downtown LA in approximately 45 minutes — the easiest rail connection to Anaheim from the rest of the region.
From Disneyland area hotels
The Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) shuttle system connects Disneyland-area hotels to Honda Center. If you're staying near the parks, this is your easiest option — no parking needed.
Olympics traffic disclaimer: Anaheim hosts both Volleyball and a high volume of Olympic tourists staying near Disneyland. The Katella Ave corridor near Honda Center and Angel Stadium will experience elevated congestion during session start and end times. Build in buffer on match days, especially for quarterfinals and finals.
